Movement

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas, I had a very busy one trying to see all the family before heading back to Uni! I was however glad to come back to news that I had gotten a 1st for my studio work!!! So happy!

New Year.. New Project...

So my first project in the studio was to photograph the movement of a dancer !

Below is my practice shooting in the taught session...

So we experimented lots in the studio with flash soft-boxes and also red light, my favourite image being taken with one flash soft box and one red light either side of the dancer. We had to make use of the interior room around us, so I focused on the black curtain separating the studios.
